中文摘要: 采用溶胶—凝胶法合成Ca0.8Ba0.2TiO3:Pr纳米粉末,分别应用XRD、SEM和荧光分光光度计对样品的结构、形貌和光学特性进行表征。结果表明,纳米粉末Ca0.8Ba0.2TiO3:Pr形状近似为球形,在900 ℃煅烧8 h所得样品的激发主峰位于323 nm,发射主峰在612 nm处,对应Pr3 的1D2→3H4跃迁,并且,在900 ℃时样品的初始发光强度和余辉时间都是最高的。
Abstract:Ba0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr nano-powders were prepared with sol-gel method and their structure, morphology and photoluminescence properties were characterized by XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. The results show that the as-prepared Ca0.8Ba0.2Ti03:Pr3 powders are spherical with submicron particle size. The particles sintered at 900 ℃ for eight hours show a strong red emission (main peak 612 nm), which can be assigned to be a typical 1D2→3H4 transition of Pr3 . The sample treated at a higher temperature (900 ℃) presents the highest initial luminescent intensity and longest decay time.
