圆形固定阀塔板的性能研究及其工业应用

Performance and Industrial Application of Round Standing-Valve Tray

摘要: 在内径600 mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为物系,研究了圆形固定阀塔板和条形固定阀塔板的流体力学性能;在内径600 mm的不锈钢塔内,以正庚烷-环己烷为物系,研究了两种塔板的传质性能。实验结果表明, 圆形固定阀塔板的板压降比条形固定阀塔板高约40%,与F1浮阀塔板相当;相对于条形固定阀塔板,圆形固定阀塔板上积液点气速更低,液泛点气速更高,操作弹性更大;圆形固定阀塔板气液接触更合理,传质效率更高;圆形固定阀塔板开孔率更高,可达到25%,鼓泡更均匀。圆形固定阀塔板具有高效、大通量、高弹性、抗堵等特点,适宜在石油化工领域中应用。

Abstract: Hydrodynamics of an air-water system in a 600 mm ID organic glass column with round standing-valve trays or elongated standing-valve trays was studied, and mass transfer behavior of n-heptane-cyclohexane system in a 600 mm ID stainless steel column with the two kinds of trays separately was investigated. The tray pressure drop of the round standing-valve trays was 40% higher than that of the elongated standing-valve trays, similar to that of F1 valve trays. Compared with the elongated standing-valve trays, the round standing-valve trays had low effusion point gas velocity, high flooding point gas velocity, high operating flexibility, reasonable gas-liquid contact and high mass transfer efficiency. And the round standing-valve trays had larger percentage of open area (about 25%) and more uniform bubbling than the elongated standing-valve trays.
