中文摘要:针对单卫星系统定位精度低和输电线路巡检过程存在管理成本高、工作效率低的问题,提出了基于Helmert方差分量估计的加权组合定位方法,并将其应用到输电线路巡检中。基于Helmert方差分量估计的加权组合定位方法考虑不同定位系统间的差异性,将来自BDS和GPS的数据看作两类不同的观测值,根据观测值方差对卫星重新赋权,从而更合理地确定不同卫星的权重。基于组合定位的输电线路巡检系统实现了导航和定位功能、GIS显示功能与设备信息管理、缺陷管理等功能。系统实现及实验结果表明,提出的组合定位方法定位相比于单位性系统有更高的定位精度和更小的误差,巡检系统规范了输电线路的巡视工作,能有效地监管巡视人员的巡视情况,并能规范管理输电线路的检测记录与线路缺陷。

Combined Location Method of Beidou/GPS and Its Application in Transmission Line Inspection
Abstract:Aiming at the low positioning accuracy of the single satellite system and high management cost and low efficiency of the transmission line inspection, a weighted combined location method based on Helmert variance component estimation is proposed in this paper and applied to the transmission line inspection. Based on the difference between the different positioning systems, the data from BDS and GPS are regarded as two different kinds of observations, and the satellite is re-emptied according to the variance of the observed value, so as to more reasonably determine the different weights between BDS and GPS systems. The transmission line inspection system based on the combined location helps to realize the navigation and positioning, GIS display, equipment information management and defect management and other functions. The system implementation and experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than the unit system, with higher positioning accuracy and smaller errors. The system standardizes the transmission line inspection and it can effectively supervise the inspectors’ work and regulate the transmission line detection records and line defects.
