摘要: 在分析煤矿分项安全投入与安全效益的灰色关联度的基础上,建立了以最低安全成本和最大安全度为双目标的优化模型。通过实例分析,该模型可以在满足安全水平的条件下使有限的安全投入发挥最大的效益,对煤矿安全投入决策具有借鉴作用。

Abstract: China Electric Power Design Institute of China Power Engineering Consulting Group On the basis of gray correlation degree analysis of safety investment and security benefits in sub-division of coal mine,the bi-objective optimization model of minimum security costs and maximum safety degree is established With a case,the model maximizes the effectiveness of limited investment within security level It provides a reference for decision-making of safety investment in coal mine.
