Massive losses occured in the production and management activities of many nonferrous metals enterprises have seriously affected the reform and development of the enterprises.While pointing at the existing problems in cost control of the enterprises,the author discussed the causes for the occurrence of the problems and put forward some measures to reduce the production cost of enterprise further.
