摘要: 针对由一阶动态过程与ARIMA(0,1,1)噪声组成的系统,分析了异因对整个系统的影响,并给出一种带有质量特性约束的经济设计模型.该方法不仅从经济角度保证了整个生产过程成本的条件最小化,同时兼顾对产品质量特性的要求.研究结果为方差EWMA控制图的设计提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract: Aiming at the 1st -order dynamic process with the disturbance of ARIMA(0,1,1), the effect of abnormal causes is analyzed and an economic design model integrating SPC (statistical process control) and EPC (engineering process control) based on quality feature constraints was established. This method can minimize the cost of the whole production process in the perspective of economy, and meantime take into account the special requirements of product quality features. The research results can provide some theoretical basis for the design of variance EWMA control chart
