正交试验优化平卧菊三七多糖的提取工艺

中文摘要: 用蒸馏水浸提平卧菊三七中的多糖成分,分别以提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数为主要影响因素,采 用 L9(34)正交试验设计进行提取工艺的优化。结果表明各因素对平卧菊三七多糖得率的影响程度依次为提取温度>料 液比>提取时间>提取次数。通过正交试验及其验证试验确定其最佳提取工艺为提取温度 100 ℃,提取时间 3 h,料液 比 4 ∶ 100(g/mL),提取次数 2 次。在此条件下,平卧菊三七多糖得率可达 19.88 %。

Abstract:Polysaccharides were extracted from Gynura procumbens with distilled water as solvent in this arti- cle. Extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times were chosen as four main influence factors, and then extraction conditions were optimized with L9(34) orthogonal test. The results indicat- ed that the influence level of them was extraction temperatures > solid-liquid ratio > extraction time > extraction times, respectively. The optimal extraction conditions were proved to be extraction temperature of 100 ℃, ex- traction time of 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 4 ∶ 100(g/mL) and extraction times of twice by the orthogonal test and its verification test. Under this condition, the yield of Gynura procumbens polysaccharides was 19.88 %.
