添加增效剂改善稠油油藏开发效果研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF ADD INTENSIFIER TO IMPROVE HEAVY OIL DEVELOPMENT

  • 摘要: 介绍了稠油注蒸汽添加增效剂及泡沫剂开采技术的机理及现场应用效果。室内研究表明,增效剂水溶液在一定温度下反应,使原油黏度大幅度下降,油-水界面张力从30.5mN/m降到12.3mN/m;热水添加增效剂驱,岩心残余油饱和度降低4.7个百分点,并且较大幅度地提高了采油速度;蒸汽添加增效剂驱、增效剂及泡沫辅助蒸汽驱技术不仅能改善蒸汽的波及体积,采收率提高17.5个百分点,而且还能明显地提高采油速度。现场已开展37井次的试验,应用增效剂及泡沫剂辅助蒸汽驱技术,使阶段油汽比平均提高114%,采注比平均提高116%,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,累计增油17003.34t,获得较高的经济效益。蒸汽吞吐后期不适宜转蒸汽驱的边际油藏及蒸汽驱效果不理想的稠油油藏均可考虑转注热水添加增效剂及泡沫剂技术开发。

     

    Abstract: Introduce the study and application of add intensifier to improve many cyclic huff and puff and steam flooding performance. Though the study, we discover that intensifier solution can lower the oil viscosity and oil-water interfacial tension; Add intensifier in hot water can lower the residual oil saturation 4.7%; Add intensifier in steam flooding can improve the sweep volume, increase the oil production rate apparently, and the oil recovery can enhance 17.5%; This technology has been used in field for 37 times, the average period oil-steam ratio has improved 114%, the technology success ratio has been 100%, the accumulative enhanced oil has been 17003.34 t, gained high economic benefit. Based on our study, we discovered that this technology can be used in marginal reservoir which came into later period of huff and puff, inappropriate to general steam flooding.
