摘要:

针对监控窑炉工作温度问题,设计了一种基于Android手机平台的窑炉远程温度监控系统。系统采用了单片机处理器MSP430f149,通过其内部自带的12位A/D转换器,将传感器采集到的温度数据通过GPRS模块发送至远程服务器,再由服务器向Android手机客户端发送实时温度数据。实现系统登录、温度历史曲线查看、实时数据查看等功能,从而达到了远程实时监控窑炉温度,保证工作安全。

Abstract:

This article introduces an online remote-temperature monitoring system based on the Android mobile phone platform.The system adopts TI Corporation SCM MSP430F149 to convert temperature parameters with the built-in 12-bit A/D.The temperature data are transferred to the remote server via the serial port and the GPRS module,and then the Android mobile phone client receives the real-time temperature data.The system can achieve the functions of user management,temperature historic curve checking and real-time monitoring data checking.
