基于AD9850和AD9854的涡流检测系统信号源设计

摘要:
在涡流检测系统设计中,利用正交锁定放大器可以实现微弱信号的检测。DDS芯片AD9850和AD9854分别可以输出一路正弦信号和两路正交正弦信号。基于AD9850和AD9854设计的信号源,为涡流检测系统提供激励源,同时为正交锁定放大器提供正交参考信号。激励信号具有频率连续可调、频带范围宽和稳定性高等优点,参考信号具有正交性好和相位旋转灵活等优点。实验证明,该信号源可以在便携式智能涡流无损检测系统中方便应用。

Signal Source Design of ECT System Based on AD9850 and AD9854

Abstract:
In the design of ECT System, the weak signal can be detected by orthogonal LIA. AD9850 can output one sine wave, and AD9854 can output two orthogonal sine waves. The signal source which is designed based AD9850 and AD9854, can provide excitation source, and provide reference signals meanwhile. The exciting signal has the traits of frequency continuous adjustment, wide frequency range and high stability. The reference signal has the traits of fine orthogonality and easy phase rotation. The experiments show that this signal source can be used in portable intelligent ECT system conveniently.
