运用光学传输矩阵理论,研究了含负折射率材料一维三元光子晶体的禁带特性和局域模特性,发现了一种新型全方位光子带隙。与传统的Bragg带隙相比,这种新型全方位光子带隙的中心频率和带宽对入射角的变化不敏感。引入缺陷后,全方位光子带隙中出现缺陷模,它的位置对入射角不敏感,而且当各层介质厚度做一定比例的缩放时也几乎保持不变。 |

The bandgap properties and localized defect mode of one-dimensional ternary photonic crystals with negative-index materials are investigated by optical transfer matrix method.The results show that a new type of omnidirectional gaps is found.In contrast to the Bragg gaps,the properties(the central frequency and width of the gap) of such omnidirectional gaps are insensitive to the incident angles.When a defect layer is introduced,a defect mode appears inside the omnidirectional gap,and the spectral position of the defect mode is almost independent of incident angles and nearly invariant with the scaling. |
