    摘要:

    针对预应力波纹管弯曲位置处易出现灌浆不密实问题,该文提出了一种基于压电波动法的预应力波纹管密实性监测研究方法。在塑料波纹管纵向4个横截面的顶部和底部各粘贴1个压电陶瓷片,通过其单发单收的“区域交叉”的纵向监测方式,分析了9个灌浆工况中接收信号幅值、频率和小波包能量的变化规律。当波纹管灌浆料密实时,其功率谱密度和小波包能量变化明显,验证了压电波动法监测的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the grouting material is not dense at the bending position of the prestressed bending bellows, a method for monitoring the compactness of the prestressed bellows based on the piezoelectric wave method is proposed in this paper. A piezoelectric ceramic piece is pasted at each top and bottom of the four crosssections of the prestressed bellows. Through the longitudinal monitoring mode of “regional crossing” with single transmitting and single receiving, the variation laws of the amplitude, frequency and wavelet packet energy of the received signal under nine grouting working conditions are analyzed. When the grouting material in the bending bellows is dense, the power spectrum density and the wavelet packet energy changed more obviously, which verifies the effectiveness of the piezoelectric wave method.
