中文摘要:在通用计算机上用软件实现图像处理,几乎要占用CPU的全部处理能力,且速度相对较慢.数字信号处理器(DSP)的可编程性和强大的处理能力使其可用于快速实现各种数字信号处理算法,在图像处理领域得到了广泛的应用和发展.本文阐述了DSP芯片的发展、结构和特点,重点介绍了DSP芯片在图像处理领域的应用及发展方向.

Image Processing Technology Based on DSP Chip

Abstract:To process images on a general computer by using software will take up nearly all of the operation capability of the CPU and hence the processing speed is relatively slow. Because of the powerful processing capability, Digital Signal Processors (DSP) can be used to fast implement all kinds of digital signal processing algorithms and have found wide applications in the field of image processing. In this paper, the development, structures and characteristics of DSP chips are described and their applications and future development in the field of image processing are presented in more detail.
