中文摘要: 碘化法制备结晶锆是提纯金属锆的有效方法之一,制备的结晶锆具有纯度高、气体杂质含量低、加工性能好等优点。以海绵锆为原料,通过碘化提纯,制备的金属锆纯度可达到99.9%。本文简述了碘化法生产锆晶棒的原理,并重点对碘化设备和碘化提纯影响因素的研究进展进行了综述。
Abstract:Iodide process is one of the most effective methods for purification of zirconium metal. The crystal bar zirconium made by the iodide process has the advantage of the higher purity, lower content of the gas impurities and better processing performance etc. The 99.9% crystal bar zirconium can be obtained by the iodide process using the zirconium sponge as the raw materials. In this paper, the principle of iodide method was sketched; the iodide equipment and the progress of the influencing factors were summarized.
