金川二矿区16行保安矿柱回采可行性研究

摘要: 借助FLAC3D软件,以保安矿柱控制地压活动作用能力作为研究切入点,揭示保安矿柱是否还有存在的必要性。研究结果表明:矿柱形成初期,它能有效地抑制其相邻区域的地压活动。然而,当矿柱垂直高度增加时,矿柱发生变位破坏,储存在矿柱内部的应变能得到了释放,其矿柱自身的整体刚度降低,矿柱控制地压活动的作用效应随之减弱,它已不可能以“刚度较大的整体结构”在地压控制过程中发挥人们期待的作用。因此,在对该矿柱所涉及的技术问题进行更为全面研究的基础上,可以考虑对该矿柱进行安全回采。

Abstract: The control ability of safety pillars to ground pressure activities as a point of entry to reveal the necessity of safety pillars or not by FLAC3D.The results show that ore pillars can effectively inhibit ground pressure activities of the adjacent region on the stage of pillars forming.But when the vertical height of pillars increase, the pillars deformed and failure occur, the internal strain energy stored in them will get released, and the overall stiffness of pillars will be lower.It makes the effects of the control ground pressure activities weaken and it can not play an expected role in controlling ground pressure activities as a large stiffness structure.Therefore, on the basis of a more comprehensive study on the technical issues which involves in ore pillars, it should be considered to removing them safely.
