某萤石重晶石混合精矿浮选分离药剂筛选

Selection of Flotation Regents for the Mixed Concentrate of Fluorite and Barite

摘要: 以湖南某铅锌尾矿中综合回收的萤石重晶石混合精矿为研究对象,采用抑制重晶石浮选萤石工艺对抑制剂和捕收剂的种类和用量进行了优选,并根据条件试验结果进行了闭路试验。结果表明,YZ-4为重晶石的高效抑制剂,油酸钠为萤石的高效捕收剂,采用1粗4精1扫、精选中矿顺序返回流程处理该混合精矿,获得了CaF2品位为96.81%、回收率为92.44%的萤石精矿,BaSO4品位为91.36%、回收率为86.75%、密度为4.25 g/cm3的重晶石精矿,实现了萤石与重晶石的高效分离。

Abstract: With the mixed concentrates of fluorite and barite comprehensively recovered from a lead-zinc tailing in Hunan province as the research object,the type and dosage of inhibitors and collectors were selected by inhibiting barite and floating fluorite,and the close circuit conditional tests were made. The results showed that with the YZ-4 as the efficient inhibitor of barite and sodium oleate as the efficient collector of fluorite,fluorite concentrate with CaF 2 grade of 96.81%,and the recovery of 92.44%,and barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade of 91.36%,the recovery of 86.75% and the density of 4.25 g/cm3 were obtained respectively by the process of one roughing-four cleaning-one scavenging and middle concentrates back to the flow-sheet in turn. By this means,the efficient separation of fluorite and barite was realized.
