氯化焙烧回收河南某黄金冶炼渣中的有价金属

Valuable Metals Recovery from Gold Smelting Slag in Henan by Chloridizing Roasting

摘要: 黄金冶炼渣中含有大量的Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn等有价金属,对其进行回收利用不仅可以减轻由尾渣堆存造成的环境污染,还能创造经济效益。为给河南某黄金冶炼渣中有价金属的回收利用提供依据,对该渣进行了高温氯化焙烧工艺优化试验。结果表明:冶炼渣在CaCl2加入量为7%、焙烧温度为1 100 ℃、焙烧时间为60 min条件下进行氯化焙烧,可以获得Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn挥发率分别为96.01%、81.69%、86.57%、99.67%、99.07%的指标,实现了有价金属的综合回收。

Abstract: There are large amounts of valuable metals such as Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn in gold smelting slag.So it not only can reduce environment pollution caused by tailings storage but also can provide economic benefits to recovery and utilize the smelting slag.In order to provide technique basis for utilization of valuable metals in a gold smelting slag in Henan Province,high temperature chlorination roasting process was conducted on the slag.Results indicated that with CaCl2 dosage of 7%,roasting temperature of 1 100 ℃ for 60 min,volatilization rate of Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn is 96.01%,81.69%,86.57%,99.67%,99.07%,respectively,comprehensive recovery of valuable metals was realized.
