利用微磨球效应制备超高强铁尾矿混凝土

摘要: 以密云铁尾矿为主要原料,利用梯级混磨产生的不同物料之间的微磨球效应,制备出了超高强铁尾矿混凝土。制品尾矿掺量达到70%,抗压强度达到109.13 MPa,抗折强度达到15.53 MPa,并具有良好的安定性和耐久性。

Abstract: Taking Miyun iron tailings as raw materials,the tailing concrete with ultrahigh strength was prepared by adopting micro-ball effects between different materials in gradient grinding process.The product has good stability and durability and owns total ratio of iron tailings up to 70% in weight,average compressive strength of 109.13 MPa and flexural strength of 15.53 MPa.
