中文摘要: 随着中国的迅速发展,对氧化铝的需求与日俱增,但是铝土矿资源严重不足的现实极大的制约了铝工业的发展。本文以河南某地中等铝硅比矿石为研究对象,围绕着铝土矿反浮选脱硅技术展开系统研究。研发出专有的分散剂BK500,选择性抑制剂BK501,含铝硅酸盐高效捕收剂 BK421,采用两次脱泥,脱泥底流进入反浮选脱硅流程。最终可获得Al2O3回收率为81.20%,铝硅比为10.82的合格精矿。
Abstract:With rapid developments of Chinese economy,the need for alumina becomes urgent as well。But barren bauxite resources, especially less high-quality bauxite resources limit the aluminium industry in China greatly。An A/S of 5.8 bauxite sample from Henan Province was chosen as the subject for the test. After systematic study on it, an efficient reagent system was work out, including dispersant BK500, selective depressant BK501, selective collector for alumino-silicate BK421. A qualified concentrate can be obtained of recovery(Al2O3) 81.20%,A/S 10.82 after twice desiliming and desilicating by reverse flotation.
