摘要: 本研究提出了一种测量翘曲变形的方法,其中翘曲变形由翘曲度和旋转特征来表征。基于注塑成型CAE模拟,建立了翘曲度的估算公式。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: This study presented a method to measure the warpage, in which the warping was character-ized by warping degrees and the rotation feature. An equation was formulated to estimate the warping degrees based on CAE simulation of the injection molding. The effectiveness of the method was con- firmed with a case study.
