主配电网协调规划的重点是110 kV变电站选址和供电范围的联合优化问题。提出了基于地理信息系统(GIS)和图论分析的主配电网协调规划方法。首先基于GIS和图论分析了变电站的基本属性;其次,提出变电站供电范围相邻关系环的概念;然后,利用变电站相邻关系环分析变电站最佳选址区域,使变电站选址充分考虑配电网发展需要,方便新建站后调整已有站的供电范围,并将变电站确定供电范围和确定具体地址通过迭代优化,实现主配电网的协调规划。
It is the crux of the coordinated planning for the main grid and distributed grid to carry out joint optimization of the 110 kV substation location and the range of power supply. An approach to the coordinated planning of the main grid and distributed grid is proposed based on the GIS and graph theory. First, the basic attributes of substations are analyzed by means of the GIS and graph theory. Then, a new concept of the adjacency relation loop(ARL) of substation service area is presented. Thirdly, the optimum location of a substation is discussed using the ARL to take the needs of the distribution grid development into full consideration while facilitating the adjustment of the supply range of substations available. The definite substation service area and site selection are iteratively optimized to realize coordinated planning of the main grid and distribution grid.
