综合考虑电力市场与节能调度的火电机组组合方案

从中国火电基本都是燃煤机组的国情出发,考虑在电力市场实行以后,调度中心不能直接从发电机组获得机组煤耗函数的具体情况,利用二氧化碳(CO2 )的排放量函数代替能耗函数,设计了考虑电力市场与节能调度相互协调的机组组合模型,并利用拉格朗日松弛法对模型进行求解。利用发电机组报价体现机组的发电意愿,以及能耗反映电力系统降耗和减排的要求,依靠报价权重因子的迭代选取决定机组组合方案。利用测量数据依靠多项式曲线拟合技术对排放量函数进行逼近,分析了不同测量误差对机组组合的影响。计算结果表明,建立的机组组合模型与机组组合方案能较好地实现能耗指标与经济指标的相互协调,具有广阔的实际应用前景。

Thermal Unit Commitment Scheme Considering Electricity Market and Energy-saving Dispatch

Abstract:

Based on the current situation that the thermal power units in China are mostly coal-fired units, and considering the fact that dispatching center cannot directly obtain unit's coal consumption function after the implementation of electricity market, the unit commitment model associated with electricity market and energy-saving dispatch is established by involving the carbon dioxide emission function instead of the energy consumption function . The Lagrange relaxation method is used to solve this model. In this model, the unit's generating willing is illustrated by generating unit's bid; the consumption and emission reduction requirement of power systems are described by energy consumption function. An algorithm based on iterating price weighting factor is employed to establish the optimal unit commitment scheme. In this paper,the emission function is approximated by polynomial curve fitting techniques. The influence of measurement error on unit commitment is analyzed as well. The results of case study show that the proposed model and algorithm can facilitate the better coordination between energy consumption and economic indicators, and a broad application prospect is expected.
