中文摘要: 对单片CMOS图像传感器中的数字图像处理系统(ISP)开展研究,提出一种基于列并行采样模式的实时颜色插补方法和ISP系统架构,以减小片上数据缓冲区,同时保证插补模块的实时性。结合列并行采样的特点对基于光谱相关和空间相关的方法进行修正,保证图像获取部分和处理处理部分紧密结合;使用G通道进行场景光强评价,将自动积分时间调整和插补模块组合实现,有效降低面积和功耗。仿真结果证明该方法的有效性和实时性。

Abstract:A color interpolation algorithm and ISP architecture used for CMOS image sensor based on rolling exposure is proposed in this paper. Adopting spectral correlation and space correlation, this algorithm exploits the parallelism between reading out and interpolation by widening the interface of image’s acquisition and processing. These methods can decrease the buffer on chip, meanwhile implement the interpolation real time. By using G color channel as the illumination information, the automatic exposure control is integrated with color module, this can decease the area and power consumption effectively. This method has been simulated with FPGA platform; simulated result indicates the validity and the correctness of this method.
