      目的 研究固溶处理工艺参数对GH4175合金微观组织演化的影响。方法 对挤压态的GH4175镍基高温合金进行亚固溶处理,通过定量分析,明确不同固溶处理制度对合金γ相晶粒尺寸、γ′相尺寸和体积分数的影响规律。结果 合金在1 145~1 160 ℃固溶60 min时,γ相晶粒尺寸从6.58 μm长大到32.08 μm,γ′相尺寸从1.20 μm减小到1.14 μm,γ′相体积分数由5.25%下降到0.53%;加热温度为1 155 ℃、保温时间为15~ 120 min时,γ相晶粒尺寸从7.76 μm长大到34.10 μm,γ′相尺寸从1.07 μm长大到1.56 μm,γ′相体积分数由2.84%下降到1.37%。结论 随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,γ相晶粒尺寸增大,γ′相的体积分数降低,γ′相尺寸随加热温度的升高而减小、随保温时间的延长而增大。加热温度超过1 150 ℃时,γ′相发生不连续回溶,晶粒的长大速度加快。

      The work aims to study the effects of solution treatment parameters on microstructure evolution of GH4175 alloy. The extruded GH4175 nickel-base superalloy was subject to sub-solution treatment. The effects of different solution treatment schedules on the grain size of γ phase, the size and volume fraction of γ' phase were determined through quantitative analysis. The results showed that the grain size of γ phase increased from 6.58 μm to 32.08 μm, the size of γ' phase decreased from 1.20 μm to 1.14 μm and the volume fraction of γ' phase decreased from 5.25% to 0.53% after treated at 1 145~1 160 ℃ for 60 min. When the heating temperature was 1 155 ℃, the grain size of γ phase increased from 7.76 μm to 34.10 μm, the size of γ' phase increased from 1.07 μm to 1.56 μm, and the volume fraction of γ' phase decreased from 2.84% to 1.37% with the holding time increasing from 15 min to 120 min. With the increase of heating temperature and holding time, the grain size of γ phase increases, while the volume fraction of γ' phase decreases. The size of γ' phase decreases with increase of heating temperature and increases with the increase of holding time. When the heating temperature exceeds 1 150 ℃, the discontinuous dissolution of γ' phase occurs, leading to the acceleration of grain growth.
