Abstract:Flow field in hydraulic pressure feedback impactor was analysis in this paper by theoretical of Hydromechanics. Differential equations of motion and basic flow equations of hydraulic impactor were built and Mechanical model was simplified. Velocities of fluid and flow losses were solved, too. For contrast and image to draw the parameters of the impact of flow field variation, flow model of impactor was built used by Catia software and Gambit software, and simulated by Fluent software. The result was consistent when comparison of CFD simulation results and the results of solving the basic equation. The results shows that the velocity changed largely at inlet field and became steady away this field. However, at center outflow field there are large velocity field exist. In addition, unsteady flow field became larger and losses increasing as parabola formula with the increasing of velocities.
