The preparations methods of VO2 films are reviewed. However, properties of current VO2-based TSW still have several problems,such as the luminous transmittance is too low and the solar modulation is limited. The ways for improving the properties are introduced, including depositing antireflection coating, adding low-reflective-index materials, doping ions and so on. It reveals the best way to improve the properties of films and provides a foundation for practical usage of VO2-based thermochromic fenestration. |
