采用共沉淀法制备了Mg/Al水滑石,并在不同温度下煅烧。探究了煅烧温度、材料投加量、pH值、腐殖酸初始浓度对水滑石去除腐殖酸的影响。结果表明,当金属物质的量比为3的Mg/Al 水滑石投加量为0.5 g/L,pH值为8.5,温度为25 ℃时,水滑石对10 mg/L的腐殖酸的去除率能达到 96.64%,此时,水滑石的饱和吸附量为19.33 mg/g。Mg/Al水滑石经3次再生后,对腐殖酸的去除率仍然高达95%以上,表明Mg/Al水滑石的可重用性好。 |

Different Mg/Al ratio hydrotalcite were prepared by co-precipitation. Effect of calcination temperature, adsorbent dosage, pH,the initial concentration of humic acid were studied. The results show that when Mg/Al hydrotalcite(Mg/Al ratio=3) dosage was 0.5 g/L, the concentration of humic acid was 10 mg/L, temperature was 25 ℃, pH was 8.5, the humic acid removal rate reached 96.64%,while the saturated adsorption capacity of hydrotalcite was 19.33 mg/g. Mg/Al hydrotalcite has good reusability through the study on regeneration performance. After three regeneration cycles of hydrotalcite, the regeneration rate can reach more than 95%. |
