      针对特殊场合对铝合金耐磨性的高要求,结合铝合金阳极氧化工艺以及阳极氧化膜多孔的特性,在阳极氧化电解液中添加耐磨性物质n-SiC,使之进入铝合金氧化膜中,达到提高耐磨性的目的。探讨了n-S1C/Al2 03复合氧化膜层的耐磨性,对影响耐磨性的4种因素进行了分析。试验结果表明:当纳米粉末质量浓度为lOg/L,电流密度为2A/dm2,氧化温度不超过20℃,氧化时间不超过45 nun时,膜层具有优良的耐磨性能。
英文摘要:
      Especially for high wearable of aluminum alloy film in peculiar occasion, abrasion resistance matter n-SiC was added to oxidize electrolyte and deposited in the aluminum alloy film, then the film got good wearable. To study wear resistance of n,-SiC/Al203 composite film, four facts were optimized through orthogonal test. The result of tests shows that the composite anodizing film has the excellent wear resistance when the mass concentration of n-SiC powder is lOg/L, the current density is 2A/dm2, oxidation temperature is no more than 20℃ , oxidation time is no more than 45 min.
