摘要: 提出了一种基于对数正态假设的系统可靠性评估和试验设计方法。在系统可靠性验前为对数正态分布的假设之下,充分利用单元的试验信息和系统的构型,得到了系统可靠性的置信下限。同时,引入3种可靠性敏感性因子分析单元可靠性试验信息对系统可靠性的影响,为系统可靠性改进策略提供了依据。仿真算例表明文中的方法合理有效。

Abstract: System reliability assessment and experimental design methods are proposed. Under the hy-potheses of log-normal distribution of system prior reliability, confidence lower-bound of system relia-bility can be obtained by taking full advantage of component test information and system configuration. Three sensitivity indices are presented to analyze the impact of component- level test data on system- level reliability. These indices .provide rich information for assessing system reliability improvement strategies. The simulation example shows that the method is reasonable.
