中文摘要:为解决传统电网调峰方法负荷跟踪能力弱、成本高的问题,提出一种新的基于负荷重构策略的电网调峰方法。通过分析电网发电调峰机组类别及调峰方式来分析影响电网调峰效果的主要因素。基于此,计算电网系统负荷平衡约束,结合负荷重构以及调峰目标函数,构建调峰模型,完成基于负荷重构策略的电网调峰方法研究。实验结果证明,所提方法能够有效增强电网调峰能力,解决电网系统变化负荷跟踪能力弱、成本高等问题,对缓解电网调峰压力具有较好的效果。

Research on Power Grid Peak-Shaving Method Based on Load Reconfiguration Strategy
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of weak load tracking ability and high cost of the traditional peak load regulation method, a new peak-shaving ( load regulation) method based on load reconfiguration strategy is proposed. The main factors affecting the peak load regulation effects of the power grid are explored by analyzing the types and methods of the peak-shaving units in the grid. On this basis, the load balance constraints of the power grid are calculated, and combined with load reconfiguration and objective function of peak-shaving, a peak-shaving model is constructed to complete the peak-shaving based on load reconstruction strategy. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively enhance the peak load regulation capacity of the power grid, solve the problems of weak load tracking ability and high cost, and has good effects on relieving the peak load regulation pressure of the power grid.
