生物法处理钻井废弃液的研究

摘要: GC/MS分析平湖油田钻井废弃液含有烃类、酸类和酯类等23种有机污染物质。16S rRNA基因文库分子生物学方法测得的微生物生态多样性表明,废弃液中微生物种类丰富,包括γ和β变形杆菌细菌,γ-Proteobacteria是优势菌群,占克隆总数的78.6%。从废弃液中分离得到一株石油烃降解菌,对废弃液有良好降解效果,COD和TOC去除率在50%以上,经鉴定该菌是Serratia marcescens。

Abstract: The organic contaminations in the waste drilling fluid from Pinghu Oilfield was investigated by GC/MS and the results showed that 23 kinds of organic pollutants including hydrocarbons, acids and esters existed in the waste drilling fluid. A bacterial 16S rRNA gene clone library was constructed to detect the community diversity in the waste drilling fluid. The phylogenetic analysis indicated that most of the clones were clustered in β, γ-Proteobacteria with the phylotypes belong to γ-Proteobacteria accounting for 78.6% of the clone library. A type of bacteria identified as Serratia marcescens was isolated from the waste drilling fluid, which had positive effect on the degradation of pollutants in the waste drilling fluid, and the removal rates of COD and TOC were more than 50%.
