摘要: 为了进一步拓展氧化纤维素的应用领域,采用高碘酸钠对棉纤维进行选择性氧化,制备了二醛基纤维素棉纤维,用红外光谱、X衍射等手段分析了氧化棉纤维的聚集态结构。结果表明轻度氧化棉纤维的结晶度略有提高,而深度氧化棉纤维的结晶度降低;氧化棉纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率随氧化程度的提高不断降低。

Abstract: For developing further the application domain of oxidised cellulose, the 2,3-dialdehyde cellulose was prepared by selective oxidation of cotton fiber with sodium periodate, and the aggregated structure of the oxidized cotton fiber was analyzed by means of FT-IR and X-Ray,etc. The results showed that the crystallinity of cotton fiber increased after being slightly oxidised, but decreased after being severely oxidised. The breaking strength and elongation decreased as the degree of oxidation of cotton fiber increased.
