      目的 了解进口俄罗斯食品中食源性微生物的污染状况。方法 参照国家标准方法, 对黑龙江省2个对俄口岸进口的6类、829批俄罗斯食品中的多种微生物进行了检测分析, 包括菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌及嗜渗酵母。结果 部分样品出现不同程度的微生物污染, 其中夹心饼干、冰淇淋和糕点中的菌落总数、大肠菌群因季节原因超标率比较严重(P<0.05), 全部产品未检出沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和志贺氏菌, 红茶粉中有1批出现霉菌超标, 蜂蜜中有2批(总82批)出现嗜渗酵母超标, 超标率为2.4%。结论 大部分进口俄罗斯食品中的微生物含量符合我国的国家标准, 部分存在微生物超标问题, 建议设立专项监测计划, 以保障食品的安全性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the contamination condition of food borne microorganisms in imported Russian food. Methods The microorganisms of 6 categories, 829 batches of Russian foods from 2 Russian ports in Heilongjiang province were analyzed which included aerobic bacterial count, Coliform bacteria, Salmonella, Shigella and Staphylococcus aureus, mold and Osmophilic yeast. Results Some samples showed different levels of microbial contamination. The exceeding standard rates of aerobic bacterial count and Coliform bacteria in biscuit, ice cream and cakes were serious (P<0.05) due to seasonality. Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella were not detected in all products. The mould exceeded the standard in 1 batch of black tea powder and the Osmophilic yeast was detected higher than the limited value in standard in 2 batches (total 82 batches) of honey with the exceeding standard rate was 2.4%. Conclusion The microbiological content of the majority imported Russian food meets the national standard of China, and the content of some products exceedes the national standard. It is necessary to set up a special monitoring program to improve food safety.
