| 摘 要： | 继电保护系统的隐性故障可能引起保护误动或拒动，并影响电力系统的安全稳定运行，但目前还没有通用的识别系统。设计实现了带有案例模板库的继电保护隐性故障识别软件。首先建立了一套适用于逻辑判断和分析计算的编码方法。其次，建立了保护逻辑库，根据拓扑信息、保护启动、动作及保护配合关系识别可能存在的隐性故障。最后研究了隐性故障识别方法并设计了隐性故障识别软件。案例分析表明该软件能有效识别继电保护软件型隐性故障，具有较强的普适性。

| Abstract: | The hidden fault of protection systems can cause protection malfunction or rejection，affects the safe and stable operation of power systems. There is no universal hidden fault identification system. The software for identifying hidden faults of relay protection is designed and implemented with case template library. Firstly，a set of coding rules suitable for logic judgment and analysis calculation is set up. Secondly，protection logic library is established to identify possible hidden faults based on topology information， pickup and action of protection and protection coordination. At last， the method to identify hidden faults is studied and the software for identifying hidden faults is designed. Case study shows that the software can effectively identify hidden faults of protection systems and has strong universality. |
