基于PWM自适应稳压电流互感器的取能电源设计方法

摘    要:针对输电线路电流大范围波动导致在线取能装置能量溢出的问题,在常规PWM稳压控制基础上设计了一种当母线电流变化时自适应稳定输出取能负载电压的在线取能装置。在分析电流互感器取能原理的基础上建立取能负载模型,推导出负载两端电压与输电线路母线电流之间的关系。通过在负载前引入开关管和滤波电路,在不考虑开光发热和死区时间的基础上由PWM脉冲信号控制导通与关断,解决电流过大时能量的溢出问题。给出了稳压电路的实现形式,建立了整个装置的等效模型。通过构建Matlab/Simulink仿真实验平台,证明了该方法能够在母线电流变换的条件下达到自适应调节取能负载两端电压的效果,有效地改善取能装置在宽范围输入电流下的发热状况。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of energy spillover caused by large-scale fluctuation of transmission line current,energy harvesting device is designed , which can adaptively stabilize load output voltage when the bus current is too large on the basis of conventional PWM voltage stabilization control. Firstly,the energy harvesting load model is established based on the analysis of current transformer energy harvesting principle ,and the relationship between the two-terminal load voltages and transmission line bus current is deduced. By introducing the switch tube and filter circuit before loading,the conduction and shutdown of PWM pulse signal are controlled without considering the light heating and dead time,so as to solve the problem of energy overflow when the current is too large. The realization form of voltage regulator circuit is presented and the equivalent model of whole device is established. By constructing Matlab/Simulink simulation experimental platform,it is proved that the method can achieve the adaptive adjustment effect of energy-taking load two terminal voltage under the condition of bus current transformation,so as to effectively improve the heating condition of energy-taking device in a wide range of input current.
