基于WiFi的分布式无线数据采集系统

摘    要:随着测控技术的发展,测控环境趋于多元化,数据采集量更加庞大,数据分析更加复杂,对数据采集系统要求更高。论文研究并实现了一套基于WiFi的分布式无线数据采集系统,可很好地满足上述需求。系统分为下位机无线数据采集模块和上位机数据采集分析软件。无线数据采集模块基于ADuC845单片机开发,由电源管理、WiFi无线通信、信号处理、A/D转换、主控电路等模块组成,将采集到工业现场设备的实时数据通过WiFi传输给数据采集分析软件,软件采用C#语言开发,实现数据采集、监控、记录、分析。

Abstract:With the development of measurement and control technology ,environment is becoming diversified ,data required has been growing ,and data analysis is more complex ,distributed wireless data acquisition system can better meet the requirements above .In this paper ,a set of distributed wireless data acquisition system has been designed and realized based on WiFi .The system design includes hardware and software .The hardware based on microcontroller , includes power management ,WiFi communications ,signal processing ,A/D conversion ,control circuit and so on .The hardware requires the real‐time data of field equipment ,and transmits the data to the software .The software developed by C# ,can acquire ,record ,monitor and analyze data .
