| 摘 要： | 为实现薄荷型卷烟凉味在生产过程的稳定控制，以中南海A薄荷型产品为例，通过感官评价与烟气薄荷醇含量检测结果相结合的方法，确定量化的凉味差别阈值。结论:中南海A薄荷型产品的凉度差别阈为烟气薄荷醇释放量（0.48±0.10）mg/支；此外，本文还建立了烟气中薄荷醇释放量与烟丝、滤嘴中薄荷醇含量的数学关系。

Determination of differential threshold of cool flavor delivered by menthol cigarettes |

| Abstract: | To keep the stability of menthol content in production, a quantitative approach for determination of cool flavor difference threshold was proposed by sensory evaluation and test result of menthol content in mainstream smoke.Based on the test result of Zhongnanhai A menthol cigarette, a mathematical model of menthol release amount in tobacco, filter and mainstream smoke was built.Cool flavor differential threshold appeared when menthol release amount in mainstream smoke was 0.48 ± 0.10 mg/ piece in Zhongnanhai A menthol cigarette; A mathematical model was built between menthol release amount in mainstream smoke and menthol content in cut tobacco and filter. |
