氯化焙烧-水浸法回收钡渣中钡的研究

摘    要:以氯化钙为氯化剂,采用氯化焙烧-水浸取的方法处理钡渣,钡渣中的钡以氯化钡的形式被回收。通过焙烧温度、焙烧时间、氯化剂用量等一系列条件实验确定了适宜工艺条件:焙烧温度为1 000 ℃、焙烧时间为45 min、氯化钙用量为理论量的1.3倍。在此条件下钡渣中的酸溶钡可全部回收,钡的回收率为86.8%。浸出液主要成分是氯化钡和氯化钙,经过蒸发浓缩、结晶析出氯化钡产品,其质量符合GB/T 1617—2014《工业氯化钡》的要求。

Abstract:Barium slag was treated by chlorination roasting-hot water leaching process using CaCl2as chlorinating agent and the barium was recovered in the form of BaCl2 from barium slag.Through a series of experiments such as roasting temperature,roasting time and chlorinating agent amount etc.,the optimal technological conditions were determined as follows:the roasting temperature is 1000℃,the roasting time is 45 min and the amounts of CaCl2is 1.3 times of the theoretical value.Under the optimal conditions,the acid dissolved barium in barium slag was recovered completely with the recovery rate of barium at 86.8%.The main components of the leaching solution were BaCl2 and CaCl2.The product of BaCl2 is obtained by evaporating,concentrating and crystallizing,which quality meets the requirements of GB/T 1617—2014,Barium Chloride for Industrial Use.
