摘    要:大刚度DH36低合金高强钢焊接构件广泛应用于海洋平台工程. 此类结构刚性大,固有频率高,振动时效(VSR)消应力处理效果不明显. 为了提高非固有频率振动下的消应力效果,提出了热振复合时效(TVSR)的新工艺. 对55 mm厚DH36焊接板材进行了VSR与TVSR的对比研究. VSR处理后横向残余应力峰值降低22.6%,纵向残余应力峰值降低6.7%;经相同振动工艺参数、150 ℃下TVSR处理后残余应力峰值分别降低41.3%和43.6%,效果明显优于VSR处理效果. 采用试验与有限元分析相结合的方法分析了TVSR的作用机理,升温可提高非固有频率振动下的构件的振幅,降低材料屈服强度,提高消应力效果.

Abstract:Welded DH36 structures with high stiffness are widely used in marine engineering. Because of the high stiffness and high natural frequency of these structures, vibration stress relief (VSR) has very limited effects on them. To improve the VSR effectiveness, a novel method as thermal-vibration stress relief was proposed. The transversal and longitudinal stress decreased by 22.6% and 6.7% in a typical VSR treatment, while they were reduced by 41.3% and 43.6% in a TVSR at 150 ℃. The effect of TVSR was obviously better than VSR. Experiments and finite element method (FEM) were employed to analysis the mechanism of TVSRV. The rise of temperature can increase the vibration amplitude of the structure in non-natural frequencies, decrease yielding strength of the materials and consequently improve the effects of VSR.
