| 摘 要： | 液压凿岩机需要进行定期的维修保养。当检修完成后，如果不进行系统完整的检测，就无法判定检修后凿岩机是否可以正常使用。另外，矿山需要系统检测的液压设备也很多，不可能针对每种设备都采购一种液压试验台，需设计一种多功能的智能型试验台来满足矿山各类液压设备的检测。这种新型智能化多功能液压凿岩机试验台采用了零泄漏逻辑阀，按测试对象的需求将相关油口进行组合，通过PLC控制与工控机联系起来，实现对凿岩机及矿山其他液压设备各项性能的检测。设计创意新颖，可实现的功能多，且性能先进。

| Abstract: | The hydraulic rock drill need to execute regular repair and maintenance.When the maintenance was completed，the device cannot determine whether it could be used normally if not detected.Because there were many hydraulic equipment need to detect，the mine was impossible to purchase a test bench for each device.Therefore，a multifunctional intelligent test bench must be designed to meet the requirements of various types of hydraulic equipment.This new multifunctional intelligent test bench selected zero leakage logic valves.It could combine the needs of the test object with the port and linked with PLC control，realize performance testing of rock drill and other hydraulic equipment.This kind of test bench is innovative in design and its advanced performance，many function can be achieved. |
