注浆梯度支护技术在大埋深矿井沿空掘巷中的应用

摘    要:针对开采深度已达千米、大埋深高地应力等复杂地质条件下的巷道变形速度快、变形量大,两帮变形及底鼓严重,后期返修、维护量大等问题,平煤股份十二矿采用力学分析、数字模拟等理论方法,并通过现场试验对注浆梯度支护技术进行研究。31020回风巷为沿空掘巷,与老空区煤柱间距为5 m,通过注浆梯度技术的应用,使围岩自身强度得到很大的提高,形成了坚固的承载圈。实践证明支护效果良好,能够满足工作面回采期间通风、行人、布置设备等需要,巷道没有二次返修,安全和经济效益明显。注浆梯度技术的成功实施,为我国深部矿井安全高效生产提供了技术支撑,同时对煤矿可持续发展具有较大的现实意义和促进作用。

Abstract:In view of the mining depth has reached one thousand meters,large buried depth under complex geological conditions,such as high ground stress,high speed,the deformation of roadway deformation,deformation and floor heave of two serious,in the late of large amount of repair,maintenance and other issues,in this paper,the method of mechanical analysis,digital simulation and other theoretical methods were adopted,and the field test was carried out to study grouting gradient supporting technology.31020 return airway belongs to gob side entry retaining,and the spacing between this roadway and goaf of coal mine is 5 m,through the application of the gradient of the grouting technology,its strength of surrounding rock was greatly improved,and a solid bearing ring has been formed.The practice proved the supporting effect is good,it can meet the needs of ventilation,pedestrians and layout equipment during the mining period,and the roadway has not been repaired for two times.The safety and economic benefits are obvious.The successful implementation of grouting gradient technology has provided technical support for the safe and efficient production of deep mines in China,and has great realistic significance and promoting effect on sustainable development of coal mine.
