| 摘 要： | 针对8070乙斜井轨道运输系统信号躲避硐室不健全、斜井挡车设施不可靠、操作人员行为不规范的现状，开滦能源化工股份公司唐山矿对8070乙斜井轨道运输系统进行了技术改造，上车场重新规划设置信号硐室，斜井引进安装ZDC30-2.2型跑车防护装置，各车场场外口改进阻车器、截人栅栏门及警示设备，斜井上下车场安装固定视频摄像仪，斜井运输车辆上安装无线视频监控装置。斜井轨道运输系统技术改造为员工提供安全可靠的作业环境，健全完善了防跑车、跑车防护安全设施，对作业现场进行实时安全视频监管，约束规范员工操作行为，实现斜井轨道运输的本质安全，可为其他矿井斜井安全运输提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation that the signal avoidance chamber of 8070 B inclined shaft rail transportation system was not perfect，the car stop facilities in inclined shaft were not reliable，and the behavior of operators was not standardized，Tangshan Mine of Kailuan Energy and Chemical Co.，Ltd. has carried out technical transformation on the track transportation system of 8070 B inclined shaft，and the signal chamber was planned and set up in the upper yard.ZDC30-2.2 type sports car protection device was introduced and installed in inclined shaft.The car stop device，cut-off fence door and warning equipment were improved at the outer entrance of each depot.Fixed video camera was installed in the upper and lower yard of inclined shaft，and wireless video monitoring device was installed on the transport vehicle in inclined shaft.The technical transformation of inclined shaft rail transportation system provided a safe and reliable working environment for employees，improved and perfects the protective safety facilities against sports cars and sports cars，carried out real-time safety video supervision on the operation site，restricted and standardized the operation behavior of employees，and realized the intrinsic safety of inclined shaft rail transportation，which can provide reference for other mine inclined shaft safety transportation. |
