瓦斯压力在线监测技术在揭煤巷的应用研究

摘    要:有效监测预警是煤矿瓦斯突出灾害防治的重要环节,我国大多数煤矿主要采用不连续的直接指标法和连续的间接指标法对瓦斯突出灾害进行监测预警,现场缺少瓦斯突出灾害连续直接监测技术。为了获得揭煤巷煤层瓦斯抽放过程中的瓦斯压力变化特征,设计了以连续监测、直接监测为核心的煤矿瓦斯突出灾害实时监测预警系统,采用分区布置多测点实时监测方法,验证了该系统的可靠性和监测数据的准确性,获得了瓦斯压力与抽放时间关系规律。研究表明:煤层瓦斯压力变化与抽放时间、瓦斯解吸状态相关,随着抽放时间延长,煤层瓦斯压力总体上呈降低趋势;随着瓦斯解吸量的增加,煤层瓦斯压力总体上呈升高趋势;随着抽放时间延长,抽放区域瓦斯压力为0.07~0.20 MPa,已低于突出临界值0.74 MPa,验证了煤层瓦斯抽放时间是防治瓦斯突出灾害的重要指标。研究可为煤矿瓦斯突出灾害有效监测预警和防治提供理论基础和技术手段。

Abstract:Effective monitoring and early warning is an important link in the prevention and control of coal mine gas outburst disaster.Most coal mines in China mainly use discontinuous direct index method and continuous indirect index method to monitor and early warning the gas outburst disaster and there is no continuous direct monitoring technology for gas outburst disaster on site.In order to obtain the change characteristics of gas pressure in the process of coal seam gas drainage in the uncovering coal roadway,a real-time monitoring and early warning system for coal mine gas outburst disaster is designed,which takes continuous monitoring and direct monitoring as the core.The reliability of the system and the accuracy of the monitoring data are verified by the real-time monitoring method of multi measuring points arranged in different areas,and the relationship between gas pressure and drainage time is obtained.The research shows that the change of gas pressure in coal seam is related to the drainage time and gas analysis state,with the extension of drainage time,the gas pressure in coal seam generally decreases;with the increase of gas analysis amount,the gas pressure in coal seam generally increases;with the extension of drainage time,the gas pressure in drainage area is 0.07~0.20 MPa,which is lower than the outburst critical value of 0.74 MPa,and which is verified the importance of gas drainage time in coal seam for prevention and control of gas outburst disaster.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical means for effective monitoring and early warning and prevention of coal mine gas outburst.
