| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了我国棉花、化学纤维、再利用纤维、生物基纤维等纺织原料的发展现状,分析了存在的主要问题,指出必须尽早建立和完善纺织原料保障体系,保障棉花安全供应及生产,加强化纤原料供给保障,建立石油替代战略体系,建立废旧纺织品回收再利用体系,加快实施"走出去"战略,完善期货市场监管体系,加强产业链沟通与协调,才能保证我国纺织工业平稳可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | The article briefly introduced the development status of textile raw material industry including cotton, chemical fiber, recycled fiber, biopolymer fiber, ect in China. It also analyzed the existing main prob- lems and pointed out that the security system of textile raw material has to be established and perfected as early as possible. The main measures to be taken are as follows： ensuring the safety supply and production of cotton; strengthening the chemical fiber raw material supply; establishing crude oil substitution strategy mechanism; build-up used and waste textiles recycling system; accelerating the implementation of ＂going out＂ policy; improving the futures market regulatory system; strengthening communication and coordination between the industrial chain. In this way, the stable and sustainable development of Chin~ese textile industry can be ensured. |
