逆变焊接电源的离散建模与最少拍控制

摘    要:逆变焊接电源所采用的全桥、半桥等功率变换电路可以等效为Buck变换器。在对Buck变换器离散建模的基础上,通过直接时域推导,建立了可用于逆变焊接电源闭环控制的最少拍控制律。所构建的控制算法充分考虑了模型参数与实际参数之间误差的影响。输出滤波电感的变化影响最少拍控制的稳定性和控制效果。稳定条件为模型所用最大电感值不超过实际电感值的1。67倍。结果表明,当模型电感值和实际电感值相等时,系统为最少拍控制。在模型参数和实际负载参数匹配时,系统实现了“没有稳态误差、不存在输出纹波、输出幅值受限”的最少拍控制。

Abstract:Power converters of inverter welding power supply with full-bridge or half-bridge topologies can be equivalent to Buck converter. Based on discrete modeling of Buck converter, the deadbeat control law, which could be applied to the closed-loop control of inverter welding power supply, is established by using direct time-domain derivation. The control algorithm takes a full consideration to the influence of the deviation between model parameters and actual parameters. The stability and control effect of designed deadbeat control are affected by the variation of output filter inductance. The stability condition is that the maximum inductance value used in the model is no more than 1.67 times of the actual inductance value. The simulation results show that, the system is deadbeat control only when the model inductance value equals the actual inductance value; there is no steady-state error, output ripple and overshoot by designed deadbeat control in the matching situation of model parameters and actual load parameters.
