膜蒸馏与工艺余热网络集成系统的热经济分析

摘    要:膜蒸馏水处理技术和换热网络的集成是降低能耗的有效途径,也是典型的水能关系系统. 本文针对膜蒸馏和换热网络集成的系统建立了数学模型,对比了换热网络和膜蒸馏集成前后的经济性,分析了膜蒸馏进料侧温度变化对系统经济性的影响,还对比了膜蒸馏的几种专用膜对系统的影响. 结果表明,换热网络和膜蒸馏集成后的经济性优于原换热网络系统的经济性,而且膜蒸馏进料侧温度越高,系统经济性越好;在相同膜蒸馏进水温度下,对于相同规模的水处理系统,系统用PTFE膜的经济性优于MD020CP2N膜、GVHP膜和PVDF膜.

Abstract:The integration of membrane distillation and heat transfer network is an effective way to reduce energy consumption and also a typical water energy relation system. A mathematical model is established for the integration of membrane distillation system and heat exchange network. The integrated system is compared with the separate system to test the proposed integration system. The sensitivity analysis of membrane distillation feed water temperature and membrane specifications on the system economic performance are conducted. The results show that the integrated system is better than that of the separate system in economic performance, and the higher the feed water temperature, the better the system economy. The most economical membrane is PTFE membrane, followed by MD020CP2N membrane, GVHP membrane and PVDF membrane under the same inlet temperature and a certain scale of water treatment system.
