摘    要:市场的激烈竞争,需要小家电生产厂家缩短新产品测试时间,降低测试成本.针对这些设计了一套测试平台.平台硬件部分包括带有通用ModBus协议的智能温度仪表、智能电压、电流、功率表、程控调压器,软件部分是运用美国国家仪器公司的LabVIEW软件搭建测集成化软件平台.整套系统工作时温度、电压、电流信号通过相应的传感器传送到仪表,仪表进行A/D转换和数码显示,转换后的数字信号经过光电隔离采集板隔离后通过RS485传送到上位机,上位机通过LabVIEW软件进行数据显示、保存及生成曲线等功能.此平台经过检测缩短测试时间57%,同时降低测试成本47% .完成测试周期缩短40%和测试人力成本降低50%的目标,目前已成功应用.

Abstract:Fierce competition in the market, the need for small household electrical appliances manufacturers to shorten the test time of new products, reduce the cost of testing.A set of test platform is designed for these designs.The hardware part of the platform includes temperature instrument with universal ModBus protocol and RS485 for the communication function of voltage and current of power meter, programmable voltage regulator.The software part is using national instruments LabVIEW software to build the integrated test software platform.The temperature, voltage and current signal is sensed and transferred to digital form.All these information is displayed locally and transmitted through photoelectric isolated RS485 circuit on the acquisition board to personal computer, on which can be displayed, storage, analyzed and curved under LabVIEW platform.This platform after testing to shorten the test time 57%, while reducing the cost of testing 47%.Completion of the test cycle to shorten the 40% and test the human cost reduction of 50% of the target, has been successfully applied.
