| 摘 要： | 华能玉环电厂1 000MW超超临界机组汽轮机本体保温采用了喷射法保温工艺。对中压缸、高压缸、再热进汽阀壳体及主蒸汽进汽阀体保温工艺进行了研究。通过与传统保温方法比较, 分析了喷涂保温工艺的优缺点, 表明喷涂保温工艺值得在高参数、大容量机组中推广使用。

| Abstract: | The spraying insulation process was used for turbine proper insulation of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant 1 000 MW USC units.The study is carried on the insulation process of IP casing,HP casing,reheat steam inlet valve body and main steam inlet valve body.Advantages and disadvantages of worth to be used in high parameters and large capacity units in future. |
