摘    要:针对传统矿井仓储管理系统工作效率低、运行成本高、库存更新不及时等问题,以麻地梁煤矿智慧矿山建设为工程背景,采用RFID标签、GPS、传感器等设备,结合RFID技术、传感技术和物联网技术,提出了一种基于物联网的矿山智能仓储快递服务系统,实现对运输设备、货物的数据采集和射频跟踪,通过读取数据传输到各个执行原件,完成仓储物料的各流程自动操作。所存储的信息具有互用性和规范性,能够在无线通讯网络支持下,自动归纳至中央管理平台,能够智能化管理物品。现场应用结果表明:该新型仓储管理系统,提高了物资配送效率,减少了库存物资积压,库存成本降低了60%,物料管理用工减少了30%,具有显著的经济效益,为实现智慧矿山的发展目标奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:To solve the problems of low efficiency, high operation cost and untimely inventory update of traditional mine storage management system, based on the engineering background of the intelligent mine construction of Madiliang coal mine, firstly, using RFID tags, GPS, sensors and other equipment, combined with RFID technology, sensing technology and Internet of things technology, a mine intelligent warehouse express service system based on the Internet of things is proposed. It realizes data collection and radio frequency tracking of transportation equipment and goods, and read the data to transmit to each execution original to complete the automatic operation of each process of storage materials. The stored information has the characteristics of interoperability and standardization. It can be automatically summarized into the central management platform with the support of wireless communication network, and manage items intelligently. Field application results show that the new warehouse management system improved the efficiency of material distribution, reduced the overstock of inventory materials, reduced the inventory cost and material management labor by 60% and 30% respectively, and has significant economic benefits, which laid a solid foundation for the realization of the development goal of intelligent mine.
