离心机振动台设计与控制策略研究

摘    要:离心机振动台工作在土工离心机高速旋转产生的模拟超重力场中,相比于常重力振动台其电液伺服系统频率响应要求更高。针对高频下振动台电液伺服系统高频波形复现精度低的问题,设计了关键控制技术预研试验台,建立了系统的精确传递函数模型并进行了仿真分析,提出了多状态反馈和频域前馈相结合的控制策略。搭建了离心机振动台试验台及其电液伺服控制系统,利用试验台验证了控制策略的正确性。

Abstract:A centrifuge shaker works in a simulated super gravity field produced by high speed rotation of geotechnical centrifuge. Compared to an electro-hydraulic servo system of shaker working under normal gravity, it requires higher frequency response. In order to improve accuracy of electro-hydraulic system of the shaker under high frequency, a testing rig is designed, and an accurate transfer function model is established, and the result of simulation is analyzed. A control strategy combining multi-state feedback and frequency domain feedforward is proposed. A testing rig and its electro-hydraulic servo control system are built, and the correctness of the control strategy is verified through the testing rig.
